Alumni Memory
I am outside the Portiuncula Chapel, where in school, I realized that this was the true presence of Jesus Christ, Our Lord and Savior. Even though I had a personal relationship with him, this realization deepened my faith even more. I remember walking out of the Port and saying to the first person I saw, “That’s Jesus in there!” The person smiled and agreed. “No. That’s really Jesus!” I walked on freer than ever!!
Victoria Cain ’97 also gave this update: “I attend a day program presently. It’s called Community Experience run my United Cerebral Palsy of Metro Boston. I use my education, personal experience, and my wisdom in my everyday life. Happy anniversary to Franciscan University! “
